We do not have a storefront. However, customers can select an option for free pick up or a charged delivery at checkout. At checkout, customers are able to select a pick up time at South Coast Farms between the times Monday - Friday from 9am - 4:30pm, and Saturday 9am - 1pm at 32701 Alipaz St, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675. Please wait for our team to confirm your pick-up date and time via an email order confirmation. For local deliveries we will be contacting you via email once you place your order with the date and time. If you need the dessert(s) for a specific date please contact us in advance or place your order prior to your event. For Standard Items:

• We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations on any standard items.
• If you made a mistake when placing your online order, contact us within 24 hours and we can modify your order.

Weddings:

• We ask for a minimum of 1 week's notice for all Sampler Boxes.
• Please note that all requests must be submitted at least one week before your earliest proposed date to receive your Sampler Box.
• Any major changes to your order must be made at least a week out from the scheduled delivery/pick-up date.
• If you'd like to request a rush order for your wedding cake, the fee will range from $50-200 (if made within a week), depending on size and style.
• If a cancellation occurs with 30 or more days notice of your wedding cake, we are happy to issue the full refund. If we receive cancellation notice within 15 days of the event date, we can issue a 30% refund from the total. If we receive cancellation notice with less than 2 weeks notice, we are unable to issue any kind of refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Catering/Events:

• If a cancellation occurs with 30 or more days notice of your cancellation, we are happy to issue the full refund. If we receive cancellation notice within 15 days of the event date, we can issue a 10% refund from the total. If we receive cancellation notice with less than 2 weeks notice, we are unable to issue any kind of refund. Thank you for your understanding.

For Rush Orders:

• We do not offer any refunds on standard or custom rush orders (the rush fee nor the cost of the items ordered) no matter the amount of notice given. After the rush fee is paid, there will be no refunds given.

We are located in San Juan Capistrano, CA and are more than happy to provide a delivery service to any location(s) within 175 miles of our kitchen. Our delivery drivers do not cross international borders (for example, Tijuana). 

Please send us the address and time slot needed for delivery, and we'll provide you a quote. Delivery prices are based on location, time required, size of the order, and logistics. (Costly logistics: walking a 4-tier cake down the beach sand; outdoor setups; some private homes; etc).

We only use the highest quality, organic, and whole food plant-based ingredients in our products with absolutely no preservatives. We offer all different types of desserts that can range from oil free, gluten free, nut free, gum free and refined sugar free for everyone with or without dietary needs!

We work out of our home kitchen, located in San Juan Capistrano, California.
