Thank you for considering The Sweet Vegan to be a part of your special day.

We are located in San Juan Capistrano, CA and are more than happy to provide delivery service to any location(s) within 175 miles of our kitchen. The delivery fee will be based off of location, time of delivery, and the size of the cake. Our delivery drivers do not cross international borders (for example, Tijuana). We do not ship our products.

Cake Tastings

We do not offer in-house cake tastings for the protection of our clients and staff. Instead, we are currently offering a Cake Tasting Box.

Our Cake Tasting Box contains all of the flavors of our cakes and buttercreams, which can be found below. You can choose from 8 total cupcakes. We will not put the frosting on top of the cupcakes so that you can try mixing and matching them.

As well as sampling of our oh-so delicious vegan cakes and desserts, we then continue the process and discuss pricing and design in detail virtually and/or over the phone. This is your day, and we will do our very best to ensure that you receive the special cake that you deserve.

We ask for a minimum of 1 week's notice for all boxes. Please note that all requests must be submitted at least one week before your earliest proposed date to receive your Cake Tasting Box.

Pick-up & Local Delivery Details

  • Orders cannot be shipped
  • For all items, you always need to proceed to checkout and input your shipping address to be able to choose pick-up, or local delivery - the options available to you are determined by your location.
  • Free pick up is available Monday-Friday from 9am - 5pm, and Saturday 9am - 1pm at South Coast Farms 32701 Alipaz St, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
  • If you select free pick-up, we will be in touch via email with the date and time that your items are ready. We are not a storefront, so please wait for this email confirmation

OUR WEDDING CAKE CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a cancellation occurs with 30 or more days notice, we are happy to issue the full refund. If we receive cancellation notice within 15 days of the event date, we can issue a 30% refund from the total. If we receive cancellation notice with less than 2 weeks notice, we are unable to issue any kind of refund. Thank you for your understanding.
